Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Collective Budgeting! We take pride in processing and dispatching your order quickly — often faster than industry standard.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Times We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and begin once your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Carrier Responsibility Once your order has been dropped off with and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Collective Budgeting is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit. For any shipping issues after carrier acceptance, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend retaining your tracking information until your order is delivered.
