All sales are final. Our responsibilities end once we deliver the purchased items to the shipping carrier (USPS etc). We are a small business with many handmade products, and by nature, cannot accept cancellations after orders are placed, nor refunds or returns. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges are permitted with our shop's policies.
